Well known for distinctive style lines, unique construction features and a strong western heritage, Peter Schuttler vehicles enjoy tremendous popularity. This Schuttler gear has been repainted quite some time ago, but is in exceptional condition with surprisingly little wear. Hardware, tires, wheels… everything but the paint is original on this gear. As can be seen in several of the images, the factory-orange paint is still present under the red. Wheels on this gear measure 44 inches on the rear and 40 inches on the front. The track width is 56 inches and the distance between the bolster standards is 38 inches. The bolster standards are 13 1/2 inches tall.
